Is there anywhere I can see your work in person?

Yes! Visit the stockists page to see which galleries have my artwork displayed.

Do you take Commissions?

Yes! I love painting commissions. See the link in the site heading for more information.

What are your Shipping Policies?

Domestic: Please see Bluethumb and individual galleries for their shipping policies. If buying direct from my studio or instagram I will inform you of the shipping cost on your invoice.

International: INTERNATIONAL buyers can purchase through Bluethumb. Or reach out and start a conversation with me to see what I can do.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Original Art: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

What if my purchase is damaged?

Every painting is packed with the upmost care. They are sent via EXPRESS Aus Post. On the rare occasion your artwork has arrived damaged I will try and resolve it. Damaged items must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of parcel. 

If you find your artwork has been damaged in the post send an email to jaimia@ollingtongroup.com.au. Please attach clear images that clearly show the damaged artwork and packaging. Once your email has been reviewed, I will contact you to discuss a resolution. 

​In the case of damages where the buyer is not at fault, Jaimia Ollington Art Studio will pay the shipping costs for returning the damaged item.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain the rights to all the artworks including the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.  When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
